Just Before You Book... 

You Should Read About Our Booking And Deposit Policy:

Deposit validates booking and are non-refundable. 30 to 40% of total amount required to book. 

Unable to book with your card? Cash App  $MimizEmpire and notify us with a screenshot. 

Remaining balance is to be paid in cash only. 

Contact us first for squeeze-ins if your preferred date is unavailable. 

Contact us for custom styles if its not offered on the website

Squeeze-ins are 25% of desired styles and are to be paid with the deposits.

Please include your name, phone number, email and optional Instagram account when booking 

Include note for color preference and any other information e.g If you have sensitive scalp or your hair is extra thick or short. You may need to select add-ons for short hair, long thick hair and color preferences as they apply. Please read the description on the add ons to know what you need. I will include any applicable add-on at checkout after the service if you fail to do so. 

You will receive a confirmation text/email within 24hrs of booking.

What To Know About Hair Prep:

Please arrive freshly washed, detangled and blow dried properly from roots to ends. Blow dry is provided at an extra charge of $20 if you are unable to. 

Hair is included for all services except crochet styles. 

Please choose colors as an ad-on if you want specific colors and include the color name on the Note option provided before booking is complete, and please be sure to add the tuck in option while booking unnatural colors (for example, if your hair is blonde and you want your braids in black, kindly choose the color tuck add-on option)

Consult with us first if your scalp is sensitive or easily gets inflamed

Hair should be at least 4inches all round to be serviced. Please consult with us first if you have problem areas or if your hair is short. (I am able to service shorter hair but consultation is required.

For best results, please avoid fresh cuts and trims before your appointments. If your ends are blunt, please select the short hair add on as this will add time to the appointment. And be sure to consult with us first to enable us allocate the necessary time for the appointment. 

What To Know About Your Appointment 

Please arrive on time for your appointments to avoid backing up other Clients. You may be late for up to 15 mins after which you will be charged a $25 late fee for up to 30mins of lateness. After 30mins, your appointment may be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times within a period of 60 days with the provision of at least 48hours notice. Please contact us first before you reschedule. You may not reschedule on your own. Late reschedule and/or cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit

No call no show will result in the loss of your deposit and you will be blocked from future bookings.

Pictures and videos of the style may be taken and uploaded to social media with your consent.

•  Contact me first for squeeze-ins if your preferred date is unavailable
• Squeeze-ins are $40 and are to be sent with the deposits
• Please include your name, phone number and optional Instagram account when booking
• You will receive a confirmation text/email within 24hrs of booking. 
• I will travel to you if you are the bride, celebrant and are a party of at least 3 within Long Island , New York. If you are outside Long Island, you have to be at least 5 for me to travel to you. This includes out of state. 
• I will not be kept waiting for more than 15mins if I travel to you. After 15mins, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. 
• If coming to me, you may be late for up to 15mins after which a late fee will be applied to your service for up to 30mins. After 30mins, your appointment may be cancelled. 
• You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times within a period of 60 days with the provision of at least 48hours notice. However, we understand that events beyond our control may arise, hence we may reschedule your appointment if you provide a 24hrs notice in a case of emergency, but this is totally up to our discretion.
• Late rescheduling and/or cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit
• No call no show will result in the loss of your deposit and you will be blocked from future bookings. 

What To Bring To Your Appointment:

• Simply show up with a freshly washed face that is void of products:  No makeup whatsoever on face at the time of your appointment please.
• We provide 3 options of strip lashes. Short, medium and long. All mink and 3D. This is included in the price but feel free to bring your own lashes if you want to. However, the price remains the same. Also, we provide all products for all skin tones but feel free to bring yours if your skin is sensitive or if you simply have a preference for your own products. 
• You may send an inspiration picture ahead of your appointment for specific looks.
